 Promotion Planning & Merchandising

• Develop trade strategies and promotion plans to drive growth in market share, and visibility and increase range selling
• Prepare and report projected sales forecast. Track unusual increases/decreases in customer demand.
• Effectively coordinate to ensure activities were executed as planned & complied with the company SOP
• Develop merchandising guidelines and directions per POP and brand vision and objectives.

Cross Department Collaboration & Trade Partner Management

• Work with the internal team to develop effective trade promotions.
• Work closely with the sales team to strengthen and expand the distribution channel
• Conduct trade visits to outlets of different regions to implement and audit brand and marketing communications

Budget planning and Monitoring

• Ensure the sales achievement’s budget matches expense allocations
• Manage retail POSMs and POPs budget and campaign turnover

Others: Market Intelligent Analyze & Branding Activities

• Ensure brand marketing activities comply with the brand strategy
• Analyze & monitor trade support activities (including sampling, roadshow, product catalogue, and display guidelines).
• Assist & participate in Company/Brand awareness events

Position Objective:

Preferred candidate profile

c)Candidates having US, Europe, & Middle East market experience will be preferred.

• Responsible to ensure the functioning, upkeep, maintenance, and preventive maintenance of electrical utility is maintained per required specifications and regulations under the Energy Commission Malaysia
• To manage and handle (33K) electrical equipment including operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting switch gears, transformers, and another related system.

• Conduct monitoring, trending, and tracking electricity consumption and record, update, and submit all sub-metering records to the energy saving committee, and develop maintenance repair plans.
• To propose cost-saving projects if any;

Position Objective:

To carry out corrective repair, preventive maintenance and maintaining of equipment and machine to minimize downtime and achieve Company’s objective.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

a) Carry out routine maintenance of equipment and machine through routine checks and necessary steps like topping up of oil and lubrication, change of dies etc.

b) Perform fundamental repairs and trouble-shooting of equipment and machines.

c) Increase equipment/machine uptime and reduce maintenance expenditures.

d) Carry out equipment and process set-ups.

e) Carry-out predictive and preventive maintenance activities.

f) Upgrade skills and knowledge to be able to understand electrical/electronic and mechanical principles and its usage.

g) Work together with production and other departments to support Department’s activities.

h) Adhere to procedures that promote safety, health and welfare of employees and contractors.
