Position Objective:

CS – To coordinate, plan and implement activities in the Customer Service Department towards total customer satisfaction in achieving Company’s objectives.

Performance Measures and Standards: CS

  1. a) Number of customers’ complaints (internal/external).
  2. b) Courtesy in handling customers.

Job description

Position Objective:

To carry out corrective repair, preventive maintenance and maintaining of equipment and machine to minimize downtime and achieve Company’s objective.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

a) Carry out routine maintenance of equipment and machine through routine checks and necessary steps like topping up of oil and lubrication, change of dies etc.

b) Perform fundamental repairs and trouble-shooting of equipment and machines.

c) Increase equipment/machine uptime and reduce maintenance expenditures.

d) Carry out equipment and process set-ups.

e) Carry-out predictive and preventive maintenance activities.

f) Upgrade skills and knowledge to be able to understand electrical/electronic and mechanical principles and its usage.

g) Work together with production and other departments to support Department’s activities.

h) Adhere to procedures that promote safety, health and welfare of employees and contractors.

i) It’s your responsibility to take reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and of others who may be affected by your acts or omissions at work and to cooperate with the Company on its safety policies & programmed besides complying with any instruction and measure on occupational safety

Job Description:

  • Monitoring staff discipline, break hour, attendance, performance and ensure instructions are followed.
  • Train and educate staffs to accept new systems and implementations and ensure all given tasks are carried out to expectation.

  • Ensure machine start up on time and hygiene inspection is performed before production, and ensure operating parameters such as sealing temperature, machine speed, efficiency and wastage are under control during production running, and thorough cleaning with 5S implementation after production.
  • Perform regular auditing to ensure plant machineries are properly maintained and faulty machinery are to be repaired.
  • Report to Production Manager and liaise with technical staff, quality controllers and store personnel to obtain maximum support to achieve planned targets.
  • Ensure that the line operating controls and reports are completed accurately, timely and distributed to the relevant personnel.
  • Proactive thinking in solution and have ownership of problems and achieve total excellence.
  • Any other tasks assigned by superior or management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: –
