At Thong Guan, we recognize that climate change is one of the most compelling risks that we are facing today, with impacts on the environment, which in turn, affect businesses, our economies and our livelihoods. We commit to take action and has formulate the below strategies to focusing on climate change issues.

* Despite we are not in water intensive industry but we recognise water as precious natural resource and importance of efficient water management to climate change. We are in the midst of reviewing our water risk analysis and expect to formulate a structured water management plan in 2023.

^ We recognise the importance of governance as a foundation of corporate climate disclosure and support climate-related disclosure in accordance with TCFD. We target the adoption of TCFD framework latest by 2025.
